First and foremost, zao is a humanitarian organization working to transform communities by providing safe drinking water, hygiene education and hope for people in developing nations. As you'll notice from our product picture, we also sell bottled water.  One of the ways we fund our water projects is through the sales of our bottled water; zao water.  100% of the net proceeds go towards providing clean drinking water to those that need it most.

The concept is simple: buy water, give water.....buy zao, give life.  We want to leverage our resources here to make a difference in places like Africa.  If you drink bottled water than we would ask you to consider drinking our brand.  Therefore, in doing something you do already, drinking bottled water, you can make a difference.
